Before real estate, I built something from scratch.
Before real estate, I spent nearly a decade as the founder and COO of Vino and Canvas — Arizona's #1 mobile paint-and-sip business, where I produced more than 3,700 events. That experience taught me things no real estate course covers: how to listen carefully, anticipate what people need before they ask for it, manage complex logistics under pressure, and deliver an experience that people remember.
Those skills transferred directly to real estate — and they show up in how I manage every transaction. Whether I'm coordinating a cross-country relocation, navigating a competitive multiple-offer situation, or managing the timeline of a new construction build, the operational rigor I developed running thousands of events is in everything I do.
When my family made the decision to relocate from Arizona to Charlotte, I understood the weight of that choice in a way that purely academic real estate training can't teach. The research, the school decisions, the neighborhood comparisons, the contract process in a state with rules you've never encountered — I've done all of it as a buyer, not just as an agent. That experience is genuinely different, and it shows in the conversations I have with relocating clients every day.

I've managed social media accounts for multiple businesses across industries, built audiences from scratch, and know how to create content that drives real engagement. New construction expertise.
I represent buyers in new construction transactions throughout the Charlotte metro and know how to negotiate with builders — on upgrades, incentives, timelines, and contract terms — in ways that protect my clients' interests.

I don't inflate listing prices to win business, and I don't tell buyers what they want to hear to close a deal. Every client gets my honest read on the market, the property, and the decision — even when that's a harder conversation.

At the heart of everything I do is family.
My husband Rick and I made the decision to move to Charlotte with purpose — to grow, give back, and build something meaningful here. We've found exactly that. Charlotte has a warmth and community spirit that continues to surprise and delight us, and sharing that with clients who are just beginning their own Charlotte journey is one of the genuine privileges of this work. Weekends involve Jeep rides in The Duchess and The Duke, discovering new trails, and our mini Aussie Betty — who has strong opinions about all of it.
