Melissa's read on Q2 2026
"The story of Q2 is rising inventory meeting sustained demand. We're seeing more homes come to market than we did in Q1, which is giving buyers more options — but well-priced homes in the right neighborhoods are still moving in under three weeks. The market hasn't softened; it's just become more discerning. Overpriced homes are sitting. Correctly priced homes are selling fast and often with multiple offers."
